What Time Do We Leave Town?

We leave Las Vegas at around 7:15 AM each morning.

What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?

We accept all major credit cards and cash (US dollars).

What Do I Do if I Miss My Bus?

If you miss your bus please call our office as soon as possible at 702-456-9200. One of our customer service reps will direct you with further instruction.

How Do I Confirm My Reservation?

To confirm your reservation please call our office at 702-456-9200 or email us at [email protected]. Please have the date of your tour, name on the reservation, name of the tour, and how you booked your tour ready to provide to our reservationist. They will then give you all the information you need to know.

How Do I Modify My Reservation?

Any modifications can be done over the phone or by email with one of our reservationists.

How Do I Get in Contact With My Driver?

For tours, driver information cannot be provided. If you need to get ahold of your driver, please call our office and dispatch will get in contact with your driver.

I Am Lost At the Grand Canyon. What Do I Do?

If you are lost and do not know how to get back to your bus, please give our office a call immediately and we will direct the bus or contact your driver.

What is Your Cancelation Policy?

You must call us 24 hours before your trip. If you are a no-show and you did not call, your payment will not be refunded.

How Do I Cancel My Tour?

If you need to cancel your tour you can do so by clicking here and completing the information. You will receive an email to confirm the cancellation.

How Long Is The Ride To The Grand Canyon?

The Grand Canyon west rim is 3 hours from Las Vegas

How Many People Does a Bus Hold?

Holds 56 people. Please consider the distance if the government is still in that place.

How Long Is The Tour?

It is an 11 hour tour. We pick up and drop you off the same day from Vegas. Pick ups start between 6-7 AM depending on your hotel and you will get back to town at around 5-6 PM.

What All Is Included On The Tour?

We have bottled water on the bus.

How Far In Advance Do We Need To Make Reservations?

You can book the tour a few days before.

Is Lunch Provided?

Yes. We provide a light breakfast, unlimited bottles of water, and a boxed lunch. The lunch is a deli style sandwich with cookies, chips, and fruit.

There will be stops along the way for restrooms and snacks as well.

Am I Allowed To Bring My Own Food And Drink?

Yes. You are welcome to bring your own food and beverage.

When Is The Best Time To Visit The Grand Canyon?

Summer is the most popular season, but it has the highest temperatures and the largest crowds. Spring and Fall have the best weather especially for hiking and crowds aren’t as heavy. Winter offers the most solitude, but the North Rim is closed, and snowfall is common on both the North and South Rim.

What Is The Difference Between The West Rim And South Rim?

The West Rim, with its location closest to Las Vegas, Nevada, is the warmest year-round. However, the South Rim offers moderate temperatures in the spring, summer and fall, with snow and rain common in the winter.
